STEP 1: CREATE A LENDER ACCOUNT

Sign up to be a lender by creating an account with us. After email verification, click on "List New Item" on your account page to start submitting pieces in your closet. 

STEP 2: APPROVE OR DENY RENTAL REQUESTS

We'll notify you via text message with order details whenever an order comes in and you have 48 hours to approve or deny rental requests.

STEP 3: SHIP OUT THE ORDER

Ship out your order according our instructions. Make sure to document your items in detail before shipping them out to avoid any damage confusion. 

STEP 4: GET PAID

Your payment will be received through Venmo the 1st week of every month!💰

  HOW TO RENT  

STEP 1: DISCOVER & BROWSE ITEMS

Browse through items on site by using filters such as occasion, size, color, brand, and more. 

STEP 2: REQUEST ITEMS TO RENT 

Select your desired rental dates (1 or 2 days before your event is best). You can rent multiple items at once! 

Updates regarding your rental request will be sent to you via text message.

STEP 3: EAGERLY WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER

All orders will be delivered on or before the first day of your rental by 11PM. There will be no additional charge if your order arrives before the first day of your rental. 

STEP 4: RETURN YOUR ORDER

Schedule a USPS return pick-up or drop off your return at the local USPS post office on the last day of your rental. No dry cleaning required! Return labels are included within each order.

Please use the correct return label. This is crucial if you're ordering multiple items from different lenders.

  DAMAGE & LOSS POLICY  

DAMAGES — We hold all borrower credit card information on file and if any damages are noticed, we will charge the borrower for the price to mend the damage.

LOSSES OR DAMAGES BEYOND REPAIR — The borrower is responsible for covering the retail price of the item listed on our site.

Rest assured, we’ll ultimately ensure that both parties are happy when it comes to a solution.
